The 22nd Nairobi International Bookfair fair was held from 26th to 30th September 2019 at the New Sarit Convention Centre Westland’s Nairobi, Kenya.

This year we celebrate 22(Twenty Two) years of holding the Nairobi International Bookfair.

Iran has been participating in this great event for over 15 years now

The theme for the 22nd Nairobi International Bookfair is- Read. Apply.  Freedom epitomize the important role books play in our daily life.

Reading and applying what we read releases us into a space of freedom that cannot be exchanged for anything.

And as the Chair of the Kenya Publishers Association Mr. Lawrence Njagi says, “Indeed , to read, is to know, to know is real Freedom”
