The International Day of Quds takes place every year on the last Friday of the month of Ramadan.
This international day of Quds was introduced to raise Muslims voices to liberate Palestine and also to express solidarity with oppressed Palestinian brothers and sisters who have been facing great trials not only now but for the past 70 years by the Zionist-Apartheid system of Israel.
In Kenya there the event was held at the Sir Ali Muslim Club on Friday 8th June 2018 to show solidarity with all oppressed People in the World.
Speakers included The Cultural Counselor of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran Mr. Mahmoud Majlesain among other distinguished speakers that included former Chief Justice of Kenya Willy Mutunga.
