Kenyan Hafidh Abdul Alim Abdul Rahim Mohammad Haji emerge Winner In the Quran competition for school students at the 36th International Quran Competition of the Islamic Republic of Iran 2019.

In the Quran competition for school students, Zainab Aminpour from Iran came first in memorization for girls, Abdul Alim Abdul Rahim Mohammad Haji from Kenya went home with the top prize in memorization for boys and Amir Hossein Rahmati from Iran bagged the top prize in recitation of the Quran.

The international Quran competitions had started in Iran on Wednesday 11th April 2019 with the participation of Quran reciters and memorizers from 84 countries.
